Momina Riasat has received her first call‑up to Pakistan’s women’s ODI squad, earning a place in the fifteen‑player group selected for next month’s home series against Zimbabwe in Karachi. The uncapped batter is the only new addition to a squad that will again be captained by Fatima Sana, with the three ODIs forming part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2025‑29. Pakistan sit fifth in the standings following their away fixtures against South Africa earlier this year.
Selectors have kept faith with an experienced core, retaining Aliya Riaz, Diana Baig, Muneeba Ali and Sidra Amin alongside Riasat. Zimbabwe will land in Karachi on April twenty‑nine for their first women’s tour of Pakistan, with both teams scheduled to train from April thirty to May three before the series begins. The ODIs are set for May four, six and nine, all in Karachi, followed by a three‑match T20I series on May twelve, fourteen and fifteen, with Pakistan’s squad for that leg to be named later.
