Bastianini joins Trackhouse for 2027–28

Enea Bastianini has officially signed a two‑year contract with Trackhouse, ending months of uncertainty over his MotoGP future. The Italian rider will leave Tech3 at the end of the season and join the American outfit as Raul Fernandez’s new teammate, following Ai Ogura’s move to Yamaha. Bastianini said he is thrilled to begin a fresh chapter with Trackhouse, noting that the Valencia test will mark the start of a new era featuring a new bike, new tyres and new regulations.

He hopes his experience and fighting spirit will help develop the Aprilia RS‑GP, a machine that has turned Trackhouse into a title contender in 2026. Team owner Justin Marks praised Bastianini’s pedigree, victories and personality, calling him an ideal fit for a project on the verge of major success. With Bastianini and Fernandez leading the charge, Trackhouse believes the next seasons will bring trophies, growth and memorable moments.
