Rosenior targets steady climb as Paris FC chase long‑term Ligue 1 ambitions

Paris FC begin the new Ligue 1 season with renewed ambition under Liam Rosenior, who arrives aiming to revive his career after a difficult spell at Chelsea. The club, owned by LVMH chief Bernard Arnault, secured promotion in 2024 and survived their first year in the top flight, finishing 11th under Antoine Kombouaré. With no agreement on an extension, Paris FC turned to Rosenior, convinced he can lead the team “step by step” toward the upper reaches of the table.

Sporting director Marco Neppe stresses patience but insists the club will not set limits on its growth. Rosenior previously impressed in Ligue 1 with Strasbourg, guiding them back to European competition before his ill‑fated move to Stamford Bridge.
