Clark holds on to claim second US Open crown

Wyndham Clark secured his second US Open title after surviving a tense final‑round battle with Sam Burns at a windswept Shinnecock. The American, who won his first major at the 2023 US Open, closed with a three‑over 73 to finish at four‑under 276, completing a wire‑to‑wire victory by a single stroke.
