Shoaib Bashir is doubtful for the fourth test

After hurting his finger in the 78th over of the first innings, England's top spinner Shoaib Bashir exited the field in agony on Saturday, July 12. In an effort to block the ball that came directly at him from his bowling, the right-arm spinner injured his little finger. Shoaib Bashir hurried out of the field without wasting any time, claiming to have a dislocated finger. According to recent sources, the 21-year-old will bowl in the fourth innings, but England would prefer not to employ him and would only ask him to bat if necessary. He did not return to bowl for the rest of the day. 

Bashir is also questionable for the fourth Test, which raises the possibility of a dislocated finger. Interestingly, Bashir is the only true spinner on England's team. The Three Lions will probably start Joe Root as their star spinner in the Manchester Test and bring in Gus Atkinson for the fourth Test.
