Rosenior lands Paris FC job after turbulent Chelsea spell

Paris FC have appointed Liam Rosenior as their new head coach on a contract running until June 2028, marking the Englishman’s return to Ligue 1. Rosenior replaces Antoine Kombouaré, who guided the club to 11th place last season. Sporting director Marco Neppe praised Rosenior’s modern approach, tactical clarity and strong man‑management, describing him as the ideal profile to lead the next phase of the project.

Rosenior previously managed RC Strasbourg from 2024 to 2026 before taking charge of Chelsea in January following Enzo Maresca’s departure. His tenure at Stamford Bridge proved brief, with the club terminating his contract after less than four months despite initially offering a long‑term deal through 2032.

Paris FC confirmed that Rosenior will begin work today, aiming to bring stability and renewed ambition as the club looks to climb the Ligue 1 table and strengthen its identity under new leadership.
