NAVI’s first LEC season ended in disappointment, with players openly criticising the Summer Split 2025’s compressed format. After managing just four best-of-threes in groups, ADC Hans SamD told Sheep Esports the schedule left their new roster “without the time needed to improve.” With three fresh additions, he argued the team lacked crucial stage experience, having only two to three weeks of scrims before officials began.
Mid laner Larssen echoed those concerns on social media, pointing out their campaign ended after only three best-of-threes, with no chance at tiebreakers. Rookie jungler Thayger also expressed frustration at being eliminated before the squad could learn from mistakes. Having replaced Rogue in the LEC, NAVI kept experienced players like Adam, Larssen, and Malrang while adding new talent. Despite the poor results, players feel the lack of stage games—not roster quality—was the main issue.
