Arsenal are leading the race for the signature of Martin Zubimendi

Since he was a young boy, Zubimendi has been a part of the Sociedad setup. He advanced quickly through the ranks and was named to their first squad in the 2020 summer. Over the years, the Spanish international has shown to be a reliable player and an essential member of their first squad. This season, the 25-year-old midfielder has appeared in 45 games and has played in excellent form the whole time. Interest in him is high and his performances have not gone unnoticed. Although he has a contract with Sociedad that expires in the summer of 2027, he has a €60 million release clause that might cause him to leave in the summer.
