LCS veteran Licorice is making a comeback in the North American league

In the Dignitas announcement video, LCS veteran Licorice calls himself the "best top laner" and is making a comeback in the North American league in time for the next split. "During the Summer Split of [LCS 2023) I was the league's greatest top laner. Licorice said, "I don't see why that should be different this time." For two years, the top laner from Canada played for Golden Guardian and put up excellent performances. He led the group to the LCS Spring Split Finals in 2023, where they were defeated by Cloud9. GG did not fare well in the playoffs, despite finishing second in the LCS 2023 Summer Split. After that, the squad unexpectedly left the LCS.

Licorice has played both locally and abroad for a number of LCS teams throughout the years, including as Cloud9, FlyQuest, and Golden Guardians. Among other awards, he won the 2020 LCS Spring Playoffs with Cloud9.
