Barcelona decide on ideal loan destination for Ansu Fati

After a lackluster loan stint with Brighton in the Premier League, Ansu Fati's future is still up in the air. There doesn't appear to be place for Ansu at Barcelona, and the Seagulls aren't said to be too interested in holding onto him.

According to Diario AS, Barca intends to extend the young player's loan, but this time they want him to remain in La Liga. The Catalans, who also happen to be the player's favorite destination, believe that Fati would be better off continuing his career in Sevilla. Fati played for the Sevilla youth teams while growing up before relocating to Barcelona and joining La Masia. Fati had already been linked to Sevilla, and the young player views this as a "interesting" alternative for this summer. There may be some movement in the team, but it appears doubtful that Fati would stay. He is thought to be eager for a second shot at Barcelona.
